§ 8 Cancellation policy 
§ 8.1 Right of withdrawal
Customers are allowed to withdraw their declaration of contract within two weeks without any specification of reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by sending back the goods. The two weeks’ period starts with the delivery of goods together with a detailed cancellation policy in writing. To meet the deadline of cancellation, the timely dispatch of the cancellation or the goods is sufficient. Our cancellation must be addressed to:

§8.2 Consequences of cancellation
In the case of cancellation, the mutually received payments, goods or services have to be returned. 

You have to bear costs of return if the delivered goods are in accordance with the ordered products and if the price of the returned good does not exceed 40 Euro or in case of a higher price, the good has not already been paid completely or in parts. Goods that can not be sent as parcel will be collected. Payments have to be returned within 30 days. The deadline starts with your despatch of your cancellation request or the item in question; for us it starts with our receipt of the same.

Please try to send back the goods in their original packaging with all of its elements and use a protective outer package. In case you do not have the original packaging any more, please assure sufficient protection against damages in transit with dequate package.
